AC Cugini  Italian Soccer Academy  “Sports Culture”  program offers
a player development program
sanctioned by the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI Servizi) and the Italian Soccer Federation (FIGC)
and consists of professional training at EVERY session for boys and girls ages 5-18.

The “Sports Culture” program, in collaboration with the teaching staff from FIGC and CONI Servizi,
aims to promote Italian player development, language, and culture to youth players. Providing a friendly learning environment for all,
the Italian Soccer Academy focuses on developing young players so they may reach their highest potential and goals,
whether at the professional or college level (in the United States or in Italy), or just for fun.

The  “Sports Culture”  program also provides unique international cross-cultural opportunities, training and playing
with the best clubs in Italy or at the Italian Olympic Training Center in Rome, and exposure to a new language.

Program Director

Native Italian Fabio Diletti is a professional trainer and talent scout for various Italian clubs who played goalkeeper for Italian professional club Ascoli Calcio - founded in 1898 - when Ascoli was in the Italian premier league, Serie A. Fabio possesses a UEFA license and receives training twice a year in Italy through Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI Servizi)  and Italian Soccer Federation coach training programs. An international representative for CONI Servizi, Fabio has been coaching and training American players in the United States and Italy for over 20 years. Coach Diletti is also the former Head Coach of the  Women's Premier Soccer League (WPSL) team, ACF Torino USA as well as former Head  Coach of Langley High School (VA) Girls JV Soccer team, South Lakes High School  (VA) Girls JV Soccer team and Goalkeeper Coach for both schools' Varsity and JV Girls teams.

Registration Process

Online Registration: You must first create an account on this website and then add data for each child to be registered. You then select from available programs, based on your child's age and gender, and register and pay with a credit card or select button to pay by mailing a check. Online Registration Instructions.


Refund Policy

Once a registration is submitted either online or with hard copy for any AC Cugini program, there are no refunds or credits for another AC Cugini program, regardless of when the player leaves an AC Cugini program or team. 


Required Equipment
  • All players must wear shinguards and soccer cleats and bring a soccer ball
  • Players should also have plenty of water with them
  • The program includes a practice kit with t-shirt & shorts
