Goalkeeper Training

As an Italian scuola calcio (soccer academy), AC Cugini offers its members year-round goalkeeper training in winter, spring, summer, and fall. Non-Cugini members may contact AC Cugini's Registration Coordinator about opportunities to train with AC Cugini members:

Head instructor

The head instructor is AC Cugini's Founder and President Fabio Diletti. A native Italian, Fabio is a professional trainer and talent scout who played goalkeeper for Italian professional club Ascoli Calcio - founded in 1898. Fabio possesses a UEFA license and receives training twice a year in Italy through Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI Servizi)  and Italian Soccer Federation coach training programs. Fabio has been coaching and training American players in the United States and Italy for over 20 years. Coach Dilettii is also the former Head Coach of the Women's Premier
Soccer League (WPSL) team, ACF Torino USA as well as former Head  Coach of Langley High School Girls JV Soccer team and  South Lakes High School Girls JV Soccer team and Goalkeeper Coach for both schools' Varsity and JV Girls teams.

  • Available online. Once a registration is submitted, there are no refunds or credits for another AC Cugini program, regardless of when the player leaves an AC Cugini program or team.

Required Equipment
  • Participants should wear goalie pants, goalie shirt, goalie gloves and bring a soccer ball and PLENTY of water.
